Platinum Anesthesia offers pre-payment discounts for non-covered procedures. In addition, if you have insurance and would like an estimate of the insurance allowable, contact our office for a quote.

Please be prepared to answer the following questions:

What procedure will you be having? (Provide the procedure type or CPT Code provided by the surgeon’s office.)
Who will be performing the procedure and at what hospital or facility?
What is the estimated duration of the procedure? (Provide estimate of time from your surgeon.)
Will there be any additional procedures? (i.e. pain blocks)
